The Jumping Branch is a CSA, cow share, and educational venture located on Green Willow Farm in Shadwell, Virginia, just outside the Charlottesville city limits. It was started by a group of close friends to provide a way for young and old alike to build community by reconnecting with nature and the source of their food. Green Willow Farm, a 10-acre plot of soft south-facing slopes, was started by Patricia Culbertson to encourage hands-on, nature-based learning and to serve as a creative community space.
